The introductory chat form on our landing page asks for your name, gender, mobile number, and may also collect your date, time, and place of birth and an optional question. We use the details you provide to respond to your inquiry and arrange the requested service.
b) Payment-Related Information
When you make a payment for paid services, you will be directed to a checkout interface powered by Razorpay and its relevant payment partners. We do not directly receive or store your card numbers, UPI credentials, net-banking credentials, or similar payment authentication details. These are handled by Razorpay directly under its own privacy and security policies.
We may receive transaction-level information from Razorpay, which can include:
- Payment status (success, failure, pending)
- Amount charged and currency
- Order or reference ID
- Refund status and refund reference
- Payer contact details (phone or email) shared with Razorpay at checkout
