Refund & Cancellation Policy

Clear information about changing an appointment and requesting a refund.

Last updated: 27 October 2026

This policy applies to paid consultations and services purchased from HANUMAT NIKETAN SEWA SANSTHAN FOUNDATION under the Hanumat Niketan brand, including the ₹51 introductory astrology chat requested through the landing page. Any refund or cancellation right required by applicable law remains unaffected.

Cancel or reschedule a consultation

Please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule. For a timely cancellation, you may choose a full refund or one free reschedule.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment and missed appointments are not ordinarily refundable. We may consider exceptional circumstances individually.

If we cancel or cannot provide the service

If we cancel or are unable to provide a paid service, you may choose either a full refund or a rescheduled appointment at no additional charge.

How to request a cancellation or refund

Contact us with your name, registered phone number, appointment or service details, and payment or order reference. Do not send full card, UPI, or bank credentials.

Refund processing

Once an eligible refund is approved, we will initiate it to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Payments are processed through Razorpay and its payment partners. Razorpay processes refunds after we initiate them; this policy is set by our business.

Failed, pending, or duplicate payments

If your payment appears unsuccessful or pending but your account was debited, please contact us with the payment reference so we can check its status. Confirmed duplicate payments will be reviewed and any eligible duplicate amount refunded to the original payment method.
