Please read these terms carefully before using Hanumat Niketan's website or services.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website hanumatniketann.in and any services offered by Hanumat Niketan Sewa Sansthan Foundation (referred to as "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing our website, submitting a consultation inquiry, making a payment, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Eligibility and Account Use
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or make a payment. If you are below 18, you must obtain consent from a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting any form or inquiry. Providing false birth details, contact information, or other details may affect the quality of your consultation and could result in denial of service.
- You are responsible for keeping any booking references secure and for all activity conducted under your name.
2. Acceptable Use of the Website
You agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to access, disrupt, or interfere with the website's systems or servers.
- Submit spam, abusive, hateful, or fraudulent inquiries.
- Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from this website without our prior written permission.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
3. Our Services
Hanumat Niketan Sewa Sansthan Foundation offers a range of astrology and spiritual services, including but not limited to: Marriage & Love guidance, Career Guidance, Business Consultation, Financial Astrology, Health & Wellness guidance, Family Harmony consultation, Relationship Guidance, Vedic Poojan, Kundli Matching, Vastu Consultation, Graha Shanti Puja, and related spiritual remedies.
Free vs. Paid Services
Sending an inquiry through the landing page is free. The introductory astrology chat requested through that page costs ₹51 and is arranged after successful payment. Other services may have separate fees, which will be shown before payment.
The applicable fee, service description, and the cancellation and refund terms that apply will be clearly communicated to you before you confirm any paid booking or payment. Do not proceed with payment unless you have reviewed and understood the charges.
Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Cancellation
- Consultations may be requested via the website form, phone, or WhatsApp at +91 9670287629.
- Confirmed appointment times are subject to availability.
- To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours beforethe scheduled appointment. Cancellations or reschedule requests made with at least 24 hours' notice are eligible for either a full refund or one free reschedule, at your choice.
- Late cancellations and no-shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, and missed appointments without prior notice, are not ordinarily eligible for a refund.
- Cancellation by us: If we cancel or are unable to provide a paid service, you may choose a full refund or a rescheduled appointment at no additional charge.
4. Payments, Razorpay Checkout, and Order Confirmation
a) Pre-Payment Summary
Before you confirm any payment, you will be shown:
- The service name and description
- The applicable price (inclusive of any taxes where applicable)
- The relevant Refund & Cancellation Policy and Service Delivery Policy
- The total amount payable
Before payment, review our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Service Delivery Policy. Any checkout acknowledgement must not be pre-selected.
b) Payment Processing via Razorpay
Payments are processed by Razorpayand its relevant payment partners, a third-party payment service. By proceeding with payment, you also agree to Razorpay's terms and conditions (available at razorpay.com/terms).
Razorpay may accept payments via credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, digital wallets, and other supported methods. We do not store your card or UPI credentials.
c) Payment Authorisation and Confirmation
When you submit a payment, you authorise us to charge the stated amount via Razorpay. A booking or order is confirmed only upon successful payment authorisation. We will provide an order reference or receipt once payment is confirmed.
d) Failed or Pending Payments
If a payment fails or is left in a pending state, your service or appointment will not be confirmed until payment is successfully completed. In the event of a failed payment where your account has been debited, please contact us and Razorpay's support for resolution. We will assist to the extent possible but are not liable for delays caused by your bank, payment network, or Razorpay.
e) Duplicate Payments
If you are charged more than once for the same order, please contact us immediately with the order or reference IDs. We will investigate and initiate a refund for any confirmed duplicate charge within 5 business days of confirmation.
f) Taxes
Any applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) or other government-levied taxes will be applied in accordance with Indian law. The price shown before checkout will reflect the total amount payable including any applicable taxes.
5. Refunds and Payment Disputes
- Eligible refunds: A full refund is available if you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, or if we cancel or are unable to deliver a paid service (see Section 3 above).
- Non-refundable situations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, missed appointments, and completed consultations or services are not ordinarily eligible for a refund.
- Refund timeline: We will initiate approved refunds to the original payment method within 5 business days of approving the refund. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit the amount to your account; this is outside our control. Razorpay processes the refund transaction; Razorpay does not set our refund policy.
- Refund process: To request a refund, please contact us at hanumatniketan02@gmail.com or +91 9670287629 with your name, order or reference ID, and the reason for your request. We will review and respond promptly.
- Payment disputes (chargebacks): If you raise a chargeback with your bank without first attempting to resolve the matter with us, we reserve the right to provide transaction evidence to the relevant payment network. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve the matter quickly.
6. Nature of Astrology and Spiritual Services

Astrology, Vastu Shastra, and spiritual guidance are interpretive, belief-based practices. Our consultations reflect the traditional knowledge, experience, and interpretation of our practitioners. They are offered for informational, guidance, and spiritual purposes only.
- No guarantee of outcomes: We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee that any specific prediction, remedy, ritual, gemstone, or guidance will result in a particular outcome, including but not limited to relationship outcomes, financial gain, health improvement, career advancement, legal case results, or any other benefit. Results are not guaranteed.
- No medical advice: Health and wellness guidance provided on this website or during consultations is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. - Your own responsibility: You acknowledge that you make your own decisions regarding whether to follow any guidance provided, and that you remain solely responsible for seeking appropriate professional help (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise) for matters requiring qualified professional expertise.
7. Vashikaran and Relationship Services
Any guidance or remedies offered under the name of Vashikaran or similar relationship services are rooted in ancient Vedic spiritual traditions and are intended for use in a positive, ethical, and consent-respecting manner.
These services must not be understood as, and we do not offer or imply, any ability to override another person's free will, autonomy, or consent. Any service related to relationship harmony, reconciliation, or improved communication is offered with the understanding that all parties retain their own agency and choices.
We do not provide services intended to harm, coerce, or manipulate any person against their will. Use of our services for harmful, abusive, or coercive purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of service.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, audio, video, and software — is the property of Hanumat Niketan Sewa Sansthan Foundation or its licensors and is protected by applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, our services or website.
- Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim (or, for free services, zero).
- We are not liable for decisions you make based on astrological guidance, nor for outcomes in medical, legal, financial, or personal matters.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian consumer protection law.
11. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website or services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or posed a risk to our users, staff, or business. Where a paid service has been suspended due to our breach rather than yours, you may be entitled to a proportionate refund.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website or services after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting us directly. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
15. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hanumat Niketan Sewa Sansthan Foundation with respect to the use of our website and services.
